Brown coal to hydrogen pilot

but apparently they have't sorted out the CO2 capture part yet

Latrobe has oodles of brown coal. This was an issue because it's not black. But it sounds like brown coal is good for converting to H2. Maybe cos it's cheap.

Extracting hydrogen from coal is probably cost effective if you ignore the other problems.
