But did he get busy? His minders don't want you to know ...

Funny, Clinton wasn't too busy to respond to a frivolous lawsuit.

But of course I forget, there's one rule for Republicans and one rule for Democrats.

The same way Starr went from Whitewater to Lewinsky, Mueller will get to this?

"Can you sue the president?"

No you can't. This has been handled in the past. You can not sue or prosecute a sitting president. You have to impeach him first, or wait for his term to end.

This is an obvious problem for people who need to file within the statute of limitations.

In the case of this woman the stuff she is talking about she says happened in 2007. She had a DECADE to file a complaint about it before he became President.

This would reek of sheer opportunism were it not that we are now playing by post-Weinstein rules where here's a chance you might get noticed rather than being buried as just another boring bamboozled bingo.

Pity she didn't do it immediately - this shit sticks and it may have derailed Donald's date with destiny.

Good luck with the impeachment.

No. Paula Jones was allowed by the Supreme Court to continue her suit against a sitting President.
