Are paranoid New Yorkers / Yankees really worried about a Texas
... invasion force?
When a Texas military force invades their Brooklyn neighborhood, 20-year-old Lucy and war veteran Stupe must depend on each other to survive.
I'm watching this on Netflix and it reminds me of some other POV films... like the one about a monster that attacks the city (Cloverfield).

Seems like a stupid premise, but perhaps it appeals to a certain paranoid sect. Maybe Shylock and Bob have nightmares about the militia invading and killing innocent New Yorkers?

Do you have a hard-on to invade New York and kill people? Maybe it's just a fucking movie and your poor taste in television isn't our fucking problem.

It worked great in "The Mouse That Roared". Look it up. Great Peter Sellers picture.
You dumb Trumpers aren't real hip to things like allegory or subtext are you?

Why would they need to bother? They've already conquered us.
