Y'all are a bunch of wankers!

'lost' at sea girl duo confesses it was book scheme

Some of you guys called it as a book scheme.

Fortunately it's weirder than anyone speculated. Weird enough that they feel confident they will still sell books even after confessing to the scam.

Appel had a motorcycle accident 20 years ago that messed up her brain and caused her to get crazy and make lots of irrational decisions. Since then she's worked as a dominatrix, stripper, sex novelist, and organic farmer.

Article includes bizarre nude photos.

One of her novels:

About the author: L. J. Leppa was born in on an atoll in the Pacific Ocean. Due to an unfortunate accident with candy coated chocolate pieces at potty training age, she was sent away from the family tribe and was raised by Icelandic monkeys, where she learned to defend entire small villages from hoards of killer boar with nothing more than a glass of water and a banana peel.

When the evening events have left little writing inspiration from her escapades as speedqueen08 on AdultFriendFinder, L. J. rearranges the two pieces of cardboard furniture in her living room.

Samoan girl is very polite, but this was pushing her limits in these interviews not to say certain things.

Appel's routine would drive me totally insane after an hour.

On June 15th the Coast Guard was asked by family to find them and made radio contact. They said they were fine and would get to Tahiti the next day, so the matter was dropped.

Appel says that was obviously some other Apple and Fuiava on a boat called the Sea Nymph, and was not them.

Appears they have photos of the sharks. The shark story was criticized as impossible. The samoan girl does back the shark story, one of the few parts of the story she nodded to.

They probably chucked some food overboard to attract/trigger the Sharks for the photos.

The jobs listed don't prove any mental illness.

The patents appear professionally produced which would have cost a lot of money.

She seems to have failed in selling/licensing them but no mention is made of her having prototypes or trying to market any products.

She's basically a fantasist without much of a grip on reality.

Pro tip:

Stormy weather is a bad time to try out an untried source of propulsion with no backup, especially if you live on-board.

...she's probably a great fuck though.

The patents correspond to the period when she ran an organic kale and arugula startup on Oahu. The inventions are all related to growing stuff and collecting water.

They are nice patents. She is college educated so she could have done a lot of it herself. One patent application had 20 claims and only 1 claim was approved, the rest were withdrawn. But you can also trade with patent guys. Sometimes they accept a partial ownership of the startup in return. Or other things.

Article has a friend saying she is ditzy and dumb. ORLY now, with at least 4 patents, and perhaps more.

No one knows where she really was these past 5 months or what she was doing. But she and the friend and the dogs were all in great health, so they weren't shipwrecked and eating only oatmeal as they claim.

> ...she's probably a great [companion] though.

In the "about the author" part of her novel, she writes:

> One might argue that she goes too far in some areas. L. J. is a wee bit off kilter and enjoys literary shock vale as a method to reduce time well spend with her numerous psychotherapists. Thank God for the First Amendment. You know what they say, "The crazier they are... the better they fuck."

So... in her own words...
