Y'all are a bunch of wankers!

Kangaroos are good swimmers

Includes 3 photos of a Western Grey standing up to his "navel" in a creek. They do this to avoid predators. They also sometimes like to cool off.

> Mr Vincent said he and his dog Dharma hung around for about 20 minutes to see if the roo would come out of the water.

That is kind of harassment if the animal had entered the water to avoid the dog.

I agree they are harassing or worrying the roos. But not abusing them. This antagonistic encounter keeps the roo on his toes and understanding that humans are his enemy, which is very good for the ecosystem.

If roos were endangered we'd need to be more concerned about this, but as it is this is like worrying about harassment of coyotes or snakes when people yell at them.

1) Standing is not swimming

2) You don't wanna fuck with Roos that big, even if you have a dog, unless you also have a rifle with you.

Yeah he said when they get in deep water, including the ocean, they can dog paddle really well with their huge feet. That makes a lot of sense. Their feet are so big it's kind of obvious they will be even more stable and upright than a human or dog trying to dog paddle.

Then I wondered, is that roo standing there, or is he dog paddling really well...
