The end of another tech bubble?
1. The "official" end will be when Uber raises a down round in around a year.
2. It makes sense for investors to collude and all stop investing at the same time. It lets them buy the good companies at a discount.

If (2) was true, you wouldn't have bubbles.
When prices are high, VCs would stop investing.
When prices go down, they would scoop up good companies cheap.
What actually happens is that the VCs are competing for the few "hot" investments. They only want to invest if another VC is going along.
