Trump administration begins to disintegrate

Oh dear lord. What a shitshow :)

Russia is on the fast-track to become the leading global superpower just because of the ineptitude and corruption of the US political system.

What a shitshow indeed. Trump's the kind of guy you want to see not just fail, but crash and burn as violently and visibly as possible.

I think it explains why May and Trudeau didn't bother too much condemning his travel ban. They know he's an idiot who won't get it and may likely be out of office before the end of 2017.

If the GOP gang up to remove Trump, then the US will be effectively ruled by a junta. Like a South American "democracy". Oh the Chileans and Argentinians are gonna have a laugh.

I wonder how Obama will feel, being the president who oversaw the terminal decline of democracy in the USA.

That's an interesting interpretation.

A valid one, IMHO. He pursued politics as if his speeches could magically make things happen.

Sure, he achieved some sort of success with ACA. But his foreign policy (the area in which he had *most* leeway and was *least* constrained by the GOP) was a failure. He did *nothing* to diffuse the racial tensions and abuse of force by the police in the US. He oversaw the expansion of the US government surveillance capabilities and pursued whistleblowers relentlessly. Now this almost police-state apparatus has been handed to a half-wit with an oversized ego.

And what does Obama do? Goes schmoozing with Richard Branson.

A kiss is still a kiss,
a sigh is just a sigh,

The fundamental things apply,
as time goes by.

A President elect,
promising the head of Russia,
that he'll remove
the sanctions JUST put on
by the CURRENT PRESIDENT,
in response to hacking done
by the Russians
to get the President elect, elected...

Isn't that kind of the EXACT definition
of "Traitor" and "High-crime"?

John Le Carre would have LOVED this
for a plot.

The unusually frank exchange came as Obama and Medvedev huddled together on the eve of a global nuclear security summit in the South Korean capital, unaware their words were being picked up by microphones as reporters were led into the room.

U.S. plans for an anti-missile shield have bedeviled relations between Washington and Moscow despite Obama's "reset" in ties between the former Cold War foes. Obama's Republican opponents have accused him of being too open to concessions to Russia on the issue.

As he was leaning toward Medvedev in Seoul, Obama was overheard asking for time - "particularly with missile defense" - until he is in a better position politically to resolve such issues.

"I understand your message about space," replied Medvedev, who will hand over the presidency to Putin in May.

"This is my last election ... After my election I have more flexibility," Obama said, expressing confidence that he would win a second term.

"I will transmit this information to Vladimir," said Medvedev, Putin's protégé and long considered number two in Moscow's power structure.

Little difference:  Obama WAS President at the time.  He was not talking about reversing policies of the EXISTING President, two days after they'd been put in place.

But hey, keep that bag on your head and yell "la, la, la" as loud as you can -- Reality may or may not penetrate eventually.

President, politically I'm pretty much center with a slight right lean on certain issues and a slight left lean on others.

I'm not left extremist in your wildest imaginings, in fact we probably agree on more than we disagree on.

One thing we clearly differ on is The Don's fitness to lead.

I gave him the benefit of the doubt but in under a month he's proving to be less than able to lead.

Honestly, I reckon the guy's on a collision course with his own party, and soon.

With Flynn the fundamental problem here is he boldly lied to Pence's face (who is handling all this intelligence and foreign affairs stuff for Trump). That makes him unreliable and untrustworthy.

A second, but just as bad problem, is that as National Security Director, he allowed his secret contact with the Kremlin to be recorded by the NSA, giving Pence recorded proof that Flynn was lying. This means Flynn is incompetent at security, which is also a huge problem given his position.

The dysfunction of both political wings created Trump.

Democrats used to be the voice of labor and the common working man. Now they're the voices of angry, stupid, low information, entitled, self righteous social justice warrior cunts, illegals, and anyone who just plain hates the US because of their low moral character as a human being.

The Republicans used to be sort of libertarian and believed in divesting state power. That really did end with Reagan, who started shifting costs onto the backs of the lower income workers. Today they're as bad as spendy liberals, only their cause is corporate welfare.

The Tea Party was the SJW/low information, angry libtard analog on the right and only lasted as long as the Koch brothers funded it. I respect the Tea Party fanatics as little as I respect the "Ralph" style leftists. Both are cuntsickles.

The Koch brothers are the conservative George Soros analog in the US. "Hey, we have a fucking pile of loot! Let's buy US democracy for ourselves! Yay!"

Fuck and goddamn all of the established players. Trump waltzed into an absolute moral vacuum. And the presidency is his to fuck up, or use to good effect.

I've been hearing for 30 years how much of a fucked-up loser Trump is. THIRTY fucking years.

Yet he made enough of his own money to bootstrap his own campaign. He wiped the floor with 16 of the best fucksticks the Republicans could muster. He bested the heavily favored democratic candidate in the face of non-stop propaganda at the hands of the political elite. And now he is the elected president.

Seems like he might know a thing or two about what he's doing, despite all of the pearl-clutching by people who have no means or talent to do anything that he's done.

What an embarrassing cesspool of shit you people are swimming in.
