This round - they have a public bike sharing network, so you should move there.
I've tried to use these things in cities I've visited. Often there is no bike at the station you go to, so you end up fucked. Then there are no stations near anyplace you need to go to. And then the prices with all the add ons and fees for keeping the bike more than 30 minutes per ride end up being more than it would cost to rent a car.
I've seen traffic in Boston, it's not bike friendly. I also know about their weather.
